Our Honorable Judges

Dr. Caesar Sengupta

Dr. Caesar is a celebrated wildlife conservation photographer and Canon India EOS Maestro. As founder of DCP Expeditions LLP, he has led workshops across India and contributed to National Geographic. A qualified medical microbiologist, he blends science with visual storytelling. Notably, a frog species ndosylvirana caesari was named after him, reflecting his deep connection with nature.

Ganesh Vanare

Ganesh is a travel and documentary photographer known for capturing raw human stories. His work, featured in National Geographic and major festivals, explores culture and everyday life with emotion and depth. A TEDx speaker, Ganesh uses photography to uncover the extraordinary in the ordinary, inspiring empathy and reflection through visual storytelling.

Saurabh Desai

Saurabh is an award-winning nature and wildlife photographer and founder of 50mm Media Productions. A former L&T engineer, he is known for his book Visual Poetries and features in Nat Geo and Sanctuary Asia. With a deep passion for conservation, Saurabh’s images combine artistic vision with a message of environmental awareness.

Artist R. Manivannan

Manivannan is an accomplished travel and documentary photographer with a strong background in visual arts. He has exhibited nationally, served on photography juries, and curated major government projects. His storytelling blends traditional art with photography, reflecting cultural richness and emotional depth across weddings, festivals, and daily life.

Sonali Devnani

Sonali is a travel and portrait photographer with a Master’s in Journalism from the University of Hong Kong. Now a documentary filmmaker, she brings overlooked stories to light through impactful visuals, such as her film Addicted Innocence. Combining journalism with advocacy, she also leads an NGO, using photography to inspire awareness and social change.
